Refund policy
Returns
Our lawyers tell us that we have to list this stuff but remember, we have a simple "No Unhappy Customer" policy. We can almost always make a reasonable customer happy.
Our normal return policy is 30 days, so please do let us know if there is any problems within that time. However, remember that we have a "No Unhappy Customer" policy. Don't hesitate to contact us regardless of the problem or the time. We can usually work things out..
To be eligible for a return, your item we ask that the product be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please keep your original packaging for a while to make a return easier.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In some cases, we retain the right to offer a partial refund (if applicable)
- For example if there are obvious signs of use
- Items not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- It's our view that no one really wants to take advantage - We usually are happy to work something out if you're unhappy and reasonable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within a week.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately some sale items and closeouts cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We will make reasonable exchanges. For example, if you get the wrong size or something like that. If you need to make an exchange for a same item, send us an email here and return the item to: Persona Web, 6321 Sunny Meadow Ln, Chino Hills CA 91709, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we usually offer a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we generally send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return (sorry).
Shipping
To return a product, you should:
1. Contact us to get a Return Authorization Label (RAL) and

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
